We are proposing a 9-month, wave-based Azure migration for your 340 workloads at a total contract value of ₹14.8Cr. Our approach is built on three principles that directly address the risks your team flagged in the RFP.

First, zero production downtime. Every workload migrates using a test-in-parallel approach — the on-premise system stays live until the Azure workload has been validated for 72 hours post-cutover. Your business never stops.
